If your request requires supporting documentation, please attach the necessary forms or evidence. For example, an Assessment Extension Request Form or medical certificate.

4. Salutation and Contact Information
Conclude your email with a courteous closing (e.g., Sincerely, Kind regards), followed by your full name and contact number. This enables us to respond promptly if further clarification is needed.

Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer
