When learning is practical, purposeful, and grounded in real-world application, it becomes the bridge between potential and achievement.”

– Dr. Terry O’Hanlon-Rose

Having spent over 43 years working in education, leadership, and business, I am driven by a passion for building practical learning environments that produce confident, capable professionals. My career has included senior executive roles across training, manufacturing, membership organisations and governance. I’ve also worked closely with education boards and represented Australia in international trade and education missions, always with the goal of building stronger pathways between education and the workforce.

My academic background includes qualifications in education, leadership, information technology and business, resulting in being awarded fellowships from the Australian College of Educators and the Business Educators’ Association of Queensland. My research focused on vocational education, transnational learning, and employment-based training models. I believe strongly in empowering learners to think critically, take initiative, and build skills they can apply immediately in the workplace.
