We do not use your data for direct marketing without your consent.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

ATC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose it only when:
- Required by law (e.g., to ASQA, NCVER, or the Department of Employment)
- Necessary for training delivery (e.g., to approved third-party assessors under confidentiality agreements)

Data Retention
Student records are securely retained for 30 years from the date of course completion or withdrawal, as mandated by national VET regulations.
