Welcome to the Australasian Training College (ATC) website. By accessing or using this website—including submitting inquiries, applications, or enrolling in a course—you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. General Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, course materials, software, and digital resources—is the intellectual property of ATC or its licensed content providers. This material is protected under Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree to use this website solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not post, transmit, or upload any material that is defamatory, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise violates the rights of others or Australian laws.

Transparency in Fees and Payments
  • Full course fees must be paid in full before the issuance of a Statement of Attainment or Qualification.
  • All fees—including tuition, resubmission, and replacement document charges—are published in the ATC Course Guide, available at ATC Courses Page.
  • Replacement documents (e.g., lost Statements of Attainment) incur a fee of $44 (incl. GST).
Assessment and Resubmission
  • Learners are entitled to two (2) free resubmissions per unit of competency.
  • If competency is not achieved after two attempts, learners may request additional assessment opportunities.
  • Further submissions will incur a fee of 50% of the original unit cost, calculated as:
    • Total qualification fee ÷ total number of units in the qualification.
  • All fee structures and assessment policies are disclosed prior to enrolment to ensure informed consent.
Course Progression and Extensions

Learners must notify ATC as soon as practicable of any circumstances affecting their ability to complete training (e.g., illness, personal hardship). Where appropriate, learners may apply for an extension of time in accordance with ATC’s Learner Support Policy.

Refunds are processed in accordance with ASQA’s General Direction – Student Refunds (2023) and the Australian Consumer Law. No refunds are processed solely at institutional discretion—decisions are based on documented policy and individual circumstances.

Complaints and Appeals

ATC is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of concerns.

Disclaimer of Warranties

While ATC strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of information on this website, all content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind—express or implied. ATC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ATC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of this website or services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees of acceptable quality and due care in service delivery.

Confidentiality and Record Keeping
  • Student academic records are treated as confidential.
  • Records may be disclosed to ASQA, NCVER, or other Commonwealth/State authorities as required by law.
  • ATC retains student records for a minimum of 30 years, in accordance with the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.

ATC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Significant changes will be communicated via the website and, where relevant, to enrolled learners.
